In general I am seeking a buyer-seller contractural relationship. I am open to being an employee but the below is addressed to contract buyers.

If the wage rate is at least 50% greater than my minimum rate for work on a 100% telecommute basis¹:

• I find the whole references thing unenlightened:

1. It's demeaning for the worker.
2. Doesn't really prove anything, "past performance is no guarantee of future success".
3. There are superior means for reducing your risk such as deferring full delivery of sources until function has been demonstrated thru the web, delivery of binary with expiry. This is an area of interest for me in regards to automated IT labor markets so may be developing further in the context of these domains.
