Unless it's smaller than my min piece rate, probably, but can't combine that with net terms in new relationship will need payment before anything deployed from my space. I take it as a distinction between aspirational and real capital that money can change hands to engage the labor, and it's standard practice that it be half in fixed cost contracting, but I don't generally require that.
