DCMS is to be developed in a more agile/rapid manner than originally indicated. I presume the domain definition will be in the received sem net, for which ATM I'm looking at SNEPs or maybe a more minimalist pkg like LISA but in any case a lisp system and one which will also manage DNS and generally provide the base above the base operating system. Opening Comment
DCMS is to be developed in a more agile/rapid manner than originally indicated. I presume the domain definition will be in the received sem net, for which ATM I'm looking at SNEPs or maybe a more minimalist pkg like LISA but in any case a lisp system and one which will also manage DNS and generally provide the base above the base operating system.
