Using jQuery for this, a little more to it (jQuery) now at least, than I remember from last use, it's installed on the page so just need to add logic to pull and parse the selected rates. As defined in the core insert, the IMU is 1 + (EUR - 1)/2 where EUR is the USD price for the Euro on the given day.
