I've gotten to a good place in my working relations by just blocking out all that aren't at least proposing to pay the above rate during any work makespan. There are additional values that must be accounted but I've eliminated a lot of waste of time by ignoring anything that even smells like it might not meet that minimum common sense criterion.
Sometimes professionals working in various [[wage labor]] pits call me and know that there masters will never hire me, they just wanna talk for a few.
