Emacs Macro / Red Link target like Jocasta
Create a macro to convert wiki links to interwiki links. Should be interactive with 1) skip, pipe, apply, with last for case where there's already a pipe. Alternatively do with upgrade of mediawiki as an option on the red link click thru page.
