Having built infra for the DevOps users per se (as distinct from Developer) can build on that for jobbing to build DS system components. While the main thrust of my development is for the non-IT domain developer who will be using DCP, DS infra outside of DCP is open source and IT professional use is encouraged for domain owners that need more than DCP can currently provide. As that is built out, I will be able to use the same mechanisms to spec DS infra jobs for contractors interested in the work. First distinct from the standard capitalist trope, I establish the means by my own production not the deployment of capital to buy dead or living labor to do so. From that I am able to hire at market wages established by the big capitalist shops but with enfranchisement by only dealing with other self employed persons who enjoy the reciprocal of the conditions I sought in the reserve army of IT labor. In particular payment on retainer basis is a hallmark of this reciprocality.
