The old skin used the php based monobook, that's now migrated to the current MW universal skin based on mustache and less. The superficials are complete up to some stragglers like the styles on tabs. Not going to do the name migration until the SAR is fully operational. The old SSO was based on TalkRights instead of LDAP and that's now rotted anyway. So eg -> eg-old and eg-new -> eg will be a while, eg-old -> eg.ol is done.
