Is just this principle and life stance:

Truth is a concept which is not ineffable or differentiated in its essence or nature.
The common one used in Science, daily life, knowledge or justified true belief.

Dismiss liars' attempts to establish varieties as prima facie falsehood.

Know the enemies of Truth by their attempts to obfuscate, establish Majesteria, etc.
That the Truth may exist in degree between completely unknown and absolutely certain, and that it may be difficult or impossible to determine
in some specific cases in no way detracts from immediately salubrious effect of acknowledging this matter of the very highest principle.

In re the imbecile formula "My Truth" ...
Neither is any element of lived experience known only to an individual, any exception.
One may withhold it from others but one cannot have a truth different from what an observer with access to their thoughts would know.
