AKPERSON ¹ — a tx-authenticated inetOrgPerson ² and SKUs for levels of entitlement to resources and service. 工 links give current value of fiat currencies. Any 3rd party charges³ are known at Point of Sale.
tx-auth grounds identity in the global financial system. Merely social networked, i.e. partially known users, receive substantial free service. However a user without current tx-authentication is not, by the definition given, an Actually Known Person.
If Y class or better entitlement lapses the AKPERSON reverts to social networked with some residual entitlement. Socially networked are considered to be AKPERSONs in waiting or lapsed and cannot duplicate a known one, substantial service is provided to this entitlement class equivalent to free tier elsewhere, but with these distinct levels.

1st class (F) is 500 工 . Full service tier and implies Developer but DevOps must be actively selected.

2nd or standard class (Y) is the default base service level and resource quotas 150 工 . Also called 'coach' class.

Price Quantum, establishes 90 d of tx-authentication, entitlement at minimum quotas. Fractional transactions of this rate are available for token entitlement and complete denial of service only occurs upon reaching the system not seen expiry necessitating a tx-reauthentication.
Third
Machine agents, anonymous or socially networked humans etc. Entitlements imputed by inferred identity or lack thereof.
4 generally available, distinguished here from purpose specific entitlements such as for developers or operators.
