Entitlements

AKPERSON ¹ a term abstracting from agents accessing my domains. Also the SKU or product/service code used to designate various levels of paid services vended in-app as payment in various applications.
¹ Actually Known, i.e. tx-identified. Actual relative to identity accepted based on ability respond to email, or peered from a foreign network.

GA² Goods and Services

² generally available

Third Class

AKPERSONs that are anonymous humans or machine agents. Distinction is made if the agent has passed a challenge or is implied to be human in a real time context.

Second Class

AKPERSONs who are social-networked or e-mail registered. Entitled if tx-authenticated, minimally at a 10% of 1st class capitation. Unentitled social-networked has substantial read and some write access , comparable to that in the peer network they enter from. Second class tx-authenticated has access to most source code, and some support and general computing resources.

First Class

First class AKPERSONs are currently tx-authenticated real persons who have paid the full base entitlement capitation fee. The tx-authenticated user space is distinguished from the lower classes common in various free venues by the traceability thru the financial system. Peer networks are notoriously open via their free induction of malicious impostors. Combines with open accounting. our books are open to authenticated users, to distinguish our approach to forming social networks. In practice, the subclasses, e.g. developers, operators, app subscribers, etc. are operative but the AKPERSON SKUs are meant for mass entitlement, to fund basic infrastructure maintenance and development.

Token Capitation

Quarter fare capitation ³ can be used for license mandated access to sources, to establish billing for bespoke apps or per diem contracting, and other special circumstances. It is subsidized tx-authentication vended only in-app.
