You can use the below to establish monthly support for your enterprise which is a United States entity.
Notes:

• You can cancel at any time. If you do so before the end of a paid month, your support will continue to end of the established billing cycle.
• The billing cycle will recur on this day each month.
• If a billing attempt fails, PayPal will retry it.
• PayPal's service charges are included, the price is $350 plus their service fee (2.9% + 0.30).
• There is a setup associated with supporting any enterprise and therefore this service is only valid after that setup has occured. If your support lapsed a re-setup is required.
