C六

C-Liu (六 is 6 in Chinese) is an abstraction which supports my received PHP packages including Drupal 6,7¹. C六书 (Cliubooks) are cloud enabled packagings of NixOS operating system images for delivery of specific applications, in my general framework. C-六 will be available on our SourceForge site Q4 2011 and as a "cliubook" service (cf. 'Rate Chart'). Live C六 applications and wireframes:

Production Purposed

Development Purposed

  • DACLIPS a support site for a generic rule-based embedded data acquisition system.
  • DTBSNS originally a conceptual prototype based on the MIT SIMILE timeline widget² being adapted as a C六書.
  • GSIB a support site for a generic NSIS based Windows installer builder package (originally for Gamestreamer).
  • (name withheld, approval pending) A writers site to be transitioned from Ning to Drupal.

The prototypical business case for C-六 adaptations is that of a single central metaphor around which the application is designed as in the case of the wireframe app DTBSNS², a geographic info application, etc., the desire to use one or more of the integral packages, a new one using the integration framework, or to migrate and free a preexisting form entanglement in a proprietary SaaS like Ning or Volusion (using some real cases). Of course in general a central widget or single use case does not make a functioning enterprise but concentration on this model will serve to bring some clients, with limited budgets, to their intended system targets and provide a basis for further funding and development.

¹ Based on FLOW3, integrates CodeIgniter, Magento, osCommerce, Cake, etc. and a number of modules such as osCommerce and OG Forum not supported by d.o. The Latex2HTML document explains the origin of the name.
² Drupal Timeline Based Social Networking System. Exploitation of DTBSNS itself as such, other than for the pædogogic and development purpose used here is restricted by a prior agreement.
