However a user without current tx-authentication is not, by the definition given, an Actually Known Person. Scheduled 5 工 establishes tx-authenticated token capitation of an AKPERSON (S class) with minimal resource credit for 30 days. The quantum of the fee structure but not a service level per se. Will be higher than what I charge due to fees noted above.
