Many years can elapse between the first conception of something and its first full implementation.

Second, only the 3 ICANN domains in blagojevich gold above 5,7 are my .biz domains, and I'm not, in general, maintaining content6 in the ancient layers other than server side. e.g.: Flash content should work in a browser that supports it. Content there or in my own domains in my alt root space are generally free (per the TOS) via DCMS after 4715, with write access for identified users. I am not responsible for the domains of others using infrastructure and IP provided by me.

  3. Finally, publicly available priced products and services have committed service levels and flows entailed from contracts transacted via third party identity providers that include this, my personal domain space, but only for paid users.
